Buy Cockatiel in Taljai, Pune

We place the Cockatiel across Taljai and the wider Pune region. Every bird is vet-examined and dewormed before it travels, and you see it on a video call before anything is dispatched.

Vets, boosters and finding help quickly

Register with a vet before you need one. In a city this size the difference between a clinic that knows your Cockatiel and one meeting it during an emergency is considerable. Do it in the first fortnight, while nothing is wrong.

What it costs, and what it keeps costing

A Cockatiel here starts around ₹6,972 and runs to about ₹6,972, and the spread is mostly documentation and age. The purchase, though, is the part you only pay once. Food, grooming through a humid year and routine veterinary care will each exceed it over 15-20 Years.

The monsoon, honestly

Ask anyone who has raised a Cockatiel through a Pune monsoon and they will mention the paws first. the plateau climate is relatively moderate, which suits a wide range of breeds Rinse and dry between the pads after every walk from June onward. It takes a minute and prevents the thing that costs a vet visit.

Walking a small breed in a crowded city

There is no quiet route, so the training has to do the work instead. A Cockatiel that walks on a loose lead past traffic, hawkers and other dogs is a pleasure; one that pulls is a daily argument for 15-20 Years. That difference is decided in the first three months.

Choosing between breeds

If you are weighing the Cockatiel against something else, compare coat and energy rather than looks. In this climate a heavy coat is real work, and a small bird with more energy than your schedule has hours will be unhappy in a way that no amount of affection fixes.

The cost, and the cost after that

From ₹6,972. Listings well below that usually turn out to be missing the health work, and the saving evaporates at the first vet visit. Budget a similar amount again for year one.

Health and handover

Vet-examined, vaccinated and dewormed before it travels, with the records handed over as originals. Keep them with the clinic number — a small bird on a booster schedule runs off those original dates.
