Buy Cockatiel in Somwar Peth, Pune

We place the Cockatiel across Somwar Peth and the wider Pune region. Every bird is vet-examined and dewormed before it travels, and you see it on a video call before anything is dispatched.

The monsoon, honestly

pleasant semi-tropical, which is a polite way of saying the rain arrives and does not leave. A small bird coming in wet twice a day needs a towel routine and somewhere to dry that is not the bed. Fungal trouble in a Cockatiel starts in exactly the places you stop checking.

Vets, boosters and finding help quickly

Keep the vaccination card and the clinic number in the same place. A small bird on a booster schedule needs the original dates, and the person covering for you on a weekend will need both without having to ask.

Choosing between breeds

The Cockatiel is calm and lives around 15-20 Years. Both facts should sit in the decision. A breed that suits a household at thirty may not suit the same household at forty, and this is a long commitment in a city that moves people around.

Walking a small breed in a crowded city

Early mornings are the honest answer. The pavements are passable, the surface is cool enough for paws, and a calm Cockatiel gets to work through its energy before the day starts. Evening walks are for company rather than exercise.

What it costs, and what it keeps costing

Budget ₹4,841 to ₹4,841 for the bird and a similar amount again for the first year. That second number is the one people forget, and it is the one that decides whether a Cockatiel is comfortable in your household or a strain on it.

The cost, and the cost after that

From ₹4,841. Listings well below that usually turn out to be missing the health work, and the saving evaporates at the first vet visit. Budget a similar amount again for year one.

Vets, records and the monsoon

Every Cockatiel leaves with its health record complete — vaccinations, deworming and a pre-listing check. Register with a Somwar Peth vet in the first fortnight, while nothing is wrong: the difference between a clinic that knows your bird and one meeting it during an emergency is considerable.
