Buy Cockatiel in Saswad, Pune

What is listed for Saswad is what we can actually deliver. A cheerful small breed raised in this density grows up used to noise, lifts and strangers, and is calmer for it.

A Cockatiel in a Saswad home

Space in Saswad is measured carefully, and a small bird has to fit into a plan that was already tight. The good news is that a Cockatiel cares far less about floor area than about whether anyone is in the room. Households here manage this breed in genuinely small flats, and manage it well.

Choosing between breeds

If you are weighing the Cockatiel against something else, compare coat and energy rather than looks. In this climate a heavy coat is real work, and a small bird with more energy than your schedule has hours will be unhappy in a way that no amount of affection fixes.

Vets, boosters and finding help quickly

Register with a vet before you need one. In a city this size the difference between a clinic that knows your Cockatiel and one meeting it during an emergency is considerable. Do it in the first fortnight, while nothing is wrong.

The monsoon, honestly

Ask anyone who has raised a Cockatiel through a Pune monsoon and they will mention the paws first. the plateau climate is relatively moderate, which suits a wide range of breeds Rinse and dry between the pads after every walk from June onward. It takes a minute and prevents the thing that costs a vet visit.

Walking a small breed in a crowded city

There is no quiet route, so the training has to do the work instead. A Cockatiel that walks on a loose lead past traffic, hawkers and other dogs is a pleasure; one that pulls is a daily argument for 15-20 Years. That difference is decided in the first three months.

The cost, and the cost after that

From ₹6,972. Listings well below that usually turn out to be missing the health work, and the saving evaporates at the first vet visit. Budget a similar amount again for year one.

Health and handover

Vet-examined, vaccinated and dewormed before it travels, with the records handed over as originals. Keep them with the clinic number — a small bird on a booster schedule runs off those original dates.
