What is listed for NIBM Annexe is what we can actually deliver. A family friendly small breed raised in this density grows up used to noise, lifts and strangers, and is calmer for it.

What it costs, and what it keeps costing

From ₹10,037. Listings well below that usually turn out to be missing the health work, and the saving evaporates at the first vet visit. We would rather quote the real figure and explain what is in it.

The monsoon, honestly

comfortable temperatures for most of the year make routine care straightforward Four months of the year, everything about owning a Sun Conure here is shaped by water - walks get shorter, drying becomes a daily ritual, and skin problems that would be trivial elsewhere turn stubborn if ignored. Plan for it rather than being surprised by it each June.

A Sun Conure in a NIBM Annexe home

People assume the constraint is square footage. It is usually storage - where the food goes, where the carrier lives, where a wet bird dries off in August. Solve those three and a Sun Conure settles into a NIBM Annexe flat with less friction than you would guess.

Walking a small breed in a crowded city

There is no quiet route, so the training has to do the work instead. A Sun Conure that walks on a loose lead past traffic, hawkers and other dogs is a pleasure; one that pulls is a daily argument for 5-15 Years. That difference is decided in the first three months.

Choosing between breeds

The Sun Conure is family friendly and lives around 5-15 Years. Both facts should sit in the decision. A breed that suits a household at thirty may not suit the same household at forty, and this is a long commitment in a city that moves people around.

The cost, and the cost after that

From ₹10,037. Listings well below that usually turn out to be missing the health work, and the saving evaporates at the first vet visit. Budget a similar amount again for year one.

Health and handover

Vet-examined, vaccinated and dewormed before it travels, with the records handed over as originals. Keep them with the clinic number — a small bird on a booster schedule runs off those original dates.
