Buy Cockatiel in Mandai, Pune

We place the Cockatiel across Mandai and the wider Pune region. Every bird is vet-examined and dewormed before it travels, and you see it on a video call before anything is dispatched.

A Cockatiel in a Mandai home

Space in Mandai is measured carefully, and a small bird has to fit into a plan that was already tight. The good news is that a Cockatiel cares far less about floor area than about whether anyone is in the room. Households here manage this breed in genuinely small flats, and manage it well.

Walking a small breed in a crowded city

Early mornings are the honest answer. The pavements are passable, the surface is cool enough for paws, and a gentle Cockatiel gets to work through its energy before the day starts. Evening walks are for company rather than exercise.

What it costs, and what it keeps costing

Budget ₹3,078 to ₹3,078 for the bird and a similar amount again for the first year. That second number is the one people forget, and it is the one that decides whether a Cockatiel is comfortable in your household or a strain on it.

The monsoon, honestly

Ask anyone who has raised a Cockatiel through a Pune monsoon and they will mention the paws first. the balanced weather is one of the easier Indian climates for pet ownership Rinse and dry between the pads after every walk from June onward. It takes a minute and prevents the thing that costs a vet visit.

Choosing between breeds

Talk to us before you decide rather than after. We would rather place a different bird with you and have it work than sell you the Cockatiel you asked for and hear about it in six months.

The cost, and the cost after that

From ₹3,078. Listings well below that usually turn out to be missing the health work, and the saving evaporates at the first vet visit. Budget a similar amount again for year one.

Vets, records and the monsoon

Every Cockatiel leaves with its health record complete — vaccinations, deworming and a pre-listing check. Register with a Mandai vet in the first fortnight, while nothing is wrong: the difference between a clinic that knows your bird and one meeting it during an emergency is considerable.
