Buy Cockatiel in Jalochi, Pune

What is listed for Jalochi is what we can actually deliver. A cheerful small breed raised in this density grows up used to noise, lifts and strangers, and is calmer for it.

Walking a small breed in a crowded city

Keep the bird on the inside, away from the road, and accept that a Jalochi walk is a training session rather than a stroll. A Cockatiel learns the city fast when it is walked deliberately and never learns it at all when it is dragged.

Choosing between breeds

If you are weighing the Cockatiel against something else, compare coat and energy rather than looks. In this climate a heavy coat is real work, and a small bird with more energy than your schedule has hours will be unhappy in a way that no amount of affection fixes.

The monsoon, honestly

Ask anyone who has raised a Cockatiel through a Pune monsoon and they will mention the paws first. the balanced weather is one of the easier Indian climates for pet ownership Rinse and dry between the pads after every walk from June onward. It takes a minute and prevents the thing that costs a vet visit.

A Cockatiel in a Jalochi home

Space in Jalochi is measured carefully, and a small bird has to fit into a plan that was already tight. The good news is that a Cockatiel cares far less about floor area than about whether anyone is in the room. Households here manage this breed in genuinely small flats, and manage it well.

What it costs, and what it keeps costing

Budget ₹6,972 to ₹6,972 for the bird and a similar amount again for the first year. That second number is the one people forget, and it is the one that decides whether a Cockatiel is comfortable in your household or a strain on it.

The cost, and the cost after that

From ₹6,972. Listings well below that usually turn out to be missing the health work, and the saving evaporates at the first vet visit. Budget a similar amount again for year one.

Vets, records and the monsoon

Every Cockatiel leaves with its health record complete — vaccinations, deworming and a pre-listing check. Register with a Jalochi vet in the first fortnight, while nothing is wrong: the difference between a clinic that knows your bird and one meeting it during an emergency is considerable.
