Buy Cockatiel in Bahul, Pune

We place the Cockatiel across Bahul and the wider Pune region. Every bird is vet-examined and dewormed before it travels, and you see it on a video call before anything is dispatched.

A Cockatiel in a Bahul home

Space in Bahul is measured carefully, and a small bird has to fit into a plan that was already tight. The good news is that a Cockatiel cares far less about floor area than about whether anyone is in the room. Households here manage this breed in genuinely small flats, and manage it well.

Choosing between breeds

If you are weighing the Cockatiel against something else, compare coat and energy rather than looks. In this climate a heavy coat is real work, and a small bird with more energy than your schedule has hours will be unhappy in a way that no amount of affection fixes.

What it costs, and what it keeps costing

A Cockatiel here starts around ₹4,841 and runs to about ₹4,841, and the spread is mostly documentation and age. The purchase, though, is the part you only pay once. Food, grooming through a humid year and routine veterinary care will each exceed it over 15-20 Years.

Walking a small breed in a crowded city

Early mornings are the honest answer. The pavements are passable, the surface is cool enough for paws, and a calm Cockatiel gets to work through its energy before the day starts. Evening walks are for company rather than exercise.

The monsoon, honestly

Ask anyone who has raised a Cockatiel through a Pune monsoon and they will mention the paws first. the plateau climate is relatively moderate, which suits a wide range of breeds Rinse and dry between the pads after every walk from June onward. It takes a minute and prevents the thing that costs a vet visit.

The cost, and the cost after that

From ₹4,841. Listings well below that usually turn out to be missing the health work, and the saving evaporates at the first vet visit. Budget a similar amount again for year one.

Vets, records and the monsoon

Every Cockatiel leaves with its health record complete — vaccinations, deworming and a pre-listing check. Register with a Bahul vet in the first fortnight, while nothing is wrong: the difference between a clinic that knows your bird and one meeting it during an emergency is considerable.
