Buy Yellow Monk in Tilak Nagar, Mumbai

What is listed for Tilak Nagar is what we can actually deliver. A family friendly small breed raised in this density grows up used to noise, lifts and strangers, and is calmer for it.

Walking a small breed in a crowded city

Keep the bird on the inside, away from the road, and accept that a Tilak Nagar walk is a training session rather than a stroll. A Yellow Monk learns the city fast when it is walked deliberately and never learns it at all when it is dragged.

Choosing between breeds

Talk to us before you decide rather than after. We would rather place a different bird with you and have it work than sell you the Yellow Monk you asked for and hear about it in six months.

Vets, boosters and finding help quickly

Keep the vaccination card and the clinic number in the same place. A small bird on a booster schedule needs the original dates, and the person covering for you on a weekend will need both without having to ask.

What it costs, and what it keeps costing

A Yellow Monk here starts around ₹28,837 and runs to about ₹28,837, and the spread is mostly documentation and age. The purchase, though, is the part you only pay once. Food, grooming through a humid year and routine veterinary care will each exceed it over 5-15 Years.

A Yellow Monk in a Tilak Nagar home

The flats here are compact and the buildings are close together, which suits a family friendly breed rather better than isolation would. A Yellow Monk raised in this density grows up used to noise, lifts and strangers, and is calmer for it.

The cost, and the cost after that

From ₹28,837. Listings well below that usually turn out to be missing the health work, and the saving evaporates at the first vet visit. Budget a similar amount again for year one.

Vets, records and the monsoon

Every Yellow Monk leaves with its health record complete — vaccinations, deworming and a pre-listing check. Register with a Tilak Nagar vet in the first fortnight, while nothing is wrong: the difference between a clinic that knows your bird and one meeting it during an emergency is considerable.
