Buy African Grey Parrot in Navghar, Mumbai
We place the African Grey Parrot across Navghar and the wider Mumbai region. Every bird is vet-examined and dewormed before it travels, and you see it on a video call before anything is dispatched.
A African Grey Parrot in a Navghar home
The flats here are compact and the buildings are close together, which suits a family friendly breed rather better than isolation would. A African Grey Parrot raised in this density grows up used to noise, lifts and strangers, and is calmer for it.
The monsoon, honestly
pleasant semi-tropical, which is a polite way of saying the rain arrives and does not leave. A medium bird coming in wet twice a day needs a towel routine and somewhere to dry that is not the bed. Fungal trouble in a African Grey Parrot starts in exactly the places you stop checking.
Walking a medium breed in a crowded city
Keep the bird on the inside, away from the road, and accept that a Navghar walk is a training session rather than a stroll. A African Grey Parrot learns the city fast when it is walked deliberately and never learns it at all when it is dragged.
What it costs, and what it keeps costing
From ₹67,150. Listings well below that usually turn out to be missing the health work, and the saving evaporates at the first vet visit. We would rather quote the real figure and explain what is in it.
Vets, boosters and finding help quickly
Register with a vet before you need one. In a city this size the difference between a clinic that knows your African Grey Parrot and one meeting it during an emergency is considerable. Do it in the first fortnight, while nothing is wrong.
The cost, and the cost after that
From ₹67,150. Listings well below that usually turn out to be missing the health work, and the saving evaporates at the first vet visit. Budget a similar amount again for year one.
Vets, records and the monsoon
Every African Grey Parrot leaves with its health record complete — vaccinations, deworming and a pre-listing check. Register with a Navghar vet in the first fortnight, while nothing is wrong: the difference between a clinic that knows your bird and one meeting it during an emergency is considerable.

Care Tips for African Grey Parrot
Living with a African Grey Parrot through a Mumbai year comes down to water and space.
- Monsoon: rinse and dry between the pads after every walk from June. This is the one that costs a vet visit if skipped.
- Drying: somewhere that is not the bed. Four months of damp bedding causes exactly what you would expect.
- Walks: early morning for exercise, evening for company. The pavement decides, not the clock.
- Lead: loose-lead walking trained in the first three months, or argued about for 5-15 Years.
- Storage: food sealed against humidity.
Diet and foods to avoid
