Buy Cockatiel in Khetwadi, Mumbai

We place the Cockatiel across Khetwadi and the wider Mumbai region. Every bird is vet-examined and dewormed before it travels, and you see it on a video call before anything is dispatched.

The monsoon, honestly

the plateau climate is relatively moderate, which suits a wide range of breeds Four months of the year, everything about owning a Cockatiel here is shaped by water - walks get shorter, drying becomes a daily ritual, and skin problems that would be trivial elsewhere turn stubborn if ignored. Plan for it rather than being surprised by it each June.

Walking a small breed in a crowded city

There is no quiet route, so the training has to do the work instead. A Cockatiel that walks on a loose lead past traffic, hawkers and other dogs is a pleasure; one that pulls is a daily argument for 15-20 Years. That difference is decided in the first three months.

Vets, boosters and finding help quickly

Every Cockatiel we place leaves with its health record complete - vaccinations, deworming and a check done before listing. It is worth reading properly rather than filing unread, because the next twelve months of scheduling run off it.

What it costs, and what it keeps costing

A Cockatiel here starts around ₹3,078 and runs to about ₹3,078, and the spread is mostly documentation and age. The purchase, though, is the part you only pay once. Food, grooming through a humid year and routine veterinary care will each exceed it over 15-20 Years.

Choosing between breeds

If you are weighing the Cockatiel against something else, compare coat and energy rather than looks. In this climate a heavy coat is real work, and a small bird with more energy than your schedule has hours will be unhappy in a way that no amount of affection fixes.

The cost, and the cost after that

From ₹3,078. Listings well below that usually turn out to be missing the health work, and the saving evaporates at the first vet visit. Budget a similar amount again for year one.

Vets, records and the monsoon

Every Cockatiel leaves with its health record complete — vaccinations, deworming and a pre-listing check. Register with a Khetwadi vet in the first fortnight, while nothing is wrong: the difference between a clinic that knows your bird and one meeting it during an emergency is considerable.
