The monsoon, honestly

Ask anyone who has raised a Cockatiel through a Mumbai monsoon and they will mention the paws first. the balanced weather is one of the easier Indian climates for pet ownership Rinse and dry between the pads after every walk from June onward. It takes a minute and prevents the thing that costs a vet visit.

Walking a small breed in a crowded city

There is no quiet route, so the training has to do the work instead. A Cockatiel that walks on a loose lead past traffic, hawkers and other dogs is a pleasure; one that pulls is a daily argument for 15-20 Years. That difference is decided in the first three months.

Choosing between breeds

The Cockatiel is calm and lives around 15-20 Years. Both facts should sit in the decision. A breed that suits a household at thirty may not suit the same household at forty, and this is a long commitment in a city that moves people around.
