What is listed for Narayan peth is what we can actually deliver. A bold small breed raised in this density grows up used to noise, lifts and strangers, and is calmer for it.

Vets, boosters and finding help quickly

Every Shih Tzu we place leaves with its health record complete - vaccinations, deworming and a check done before listing. It is worth reading properly rather than filing unread, because the next twelve months of scheduling run off it.

Walking a small breed in a crowded city

Keep the dog on the inside, away from the road, and accept that a Narayan peth walk is a training session rather than a stroll. A Shih Tzu learns the city fast when it is walked deliberately and never learns it at all when it is dragged.

Choosing between breeds

Talk to us before you decide rather than after. We would rather place a different dog with you and have it work than sell you the Shih Tzu you asked for and hear about it in six months.

A Shih Tzu in a Narayan peth home

Space in Narayan peth is measured carefully, and a small dog has to fit into a plan that was already tight. The good news is that a Shih Tzu cares far less about floor area than about whether anyone is in the room. Households here manage this breed in genuinely small flats, and manage it well.

What it costs, and what it keeps costing

A Shih Tzu here starts around ₹24,438 and runs to about ₹24,438, and the spread is mostly documentation and age. The purchase, though, is the part you only pay once. Food, grooming through a humid year and routine veterinary care will each exceed it over 10-16 Years.

Vets, records and the monsoon

Every Shih Tzu leaves with its health record complete — vaccinations, deworming and a pre-listing check. Register with a Narayan peth vet in the first fortnight, while nothing is wrong: the difference between a clinic that knows your dog and one meeting it during an emergency is considerable.
