Buy Shih Tzu in Gamdevi, Mumbai

What is listed for Gamdevi is what we can actually deliver. A playful small breed raised in this density grows up used to noise, lifts and strangers, and is calmer for it.

The monsoon, honestly

pleasant semi-tropical, which is a polite way of saying the rain arrives and does not leave. A small dog coming in wet twice a day needs a towel routine and somewhere to dry that is not the bed. Fungal trouble in a Shih Tzu starts in exactly the places you stop checking.

A Shih Tzu in a Gamdevi home

People assume the constraint is square footage. It is usually storage - where the food goes, where the carrier lives, where a wet dog dries off in August. Solve those three and a Shih Tzu settles into a Gamdevi flat with less friction than you would guess.

Choosing between breeds

If you are weighing the Shih Tzu against something else, compare coat and energy rather than looks. In this climate a heavy coat is real work, and a small dog with more energy than your schedule has hours will be unhappy in a way that no amount of affection fixes.

What it costs, and what it keeps costing

Budget ₹24,227 to ₹24,227 for the dog and a similar amount again for the first year. That second number is the one people forget, and it is the one that decides whether a Shih Tzu is comfortable in your household or a strain on it.

Walking a small breed in a crowded city

Keep the dog on the inside, away from the road, and accept that a Gamdevi walk is a training session rather than a stroll. A Shih Tzu learns the city fast when it is walked deliberately and never learns it at all when it is dragged.

The cost, and the cost after that

From ₹24,227. Listings well below that usually turn out to be missing the health work, and the saving evaporates at the first vet visit. Budget a similar amount again for year one.

Health and handover

Vet-examined, vaccinated and dewormed before it travels, with the records handed over as originals. Keep them with the clinic number — a small dog on a booster schedule runs off those original dates.
